The Staterooms
Stay in one of our beautifully appointed vacation rentals. The Staterooms are fully furnished vacation rentals located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza. Some units have lake views, and all are outfitted with all the comforts of home.
Waterside Stateroom Units
We offer 3-bedroom/3-bathroom units, each sleeping up to 12 people, as well as a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit that sleeps up to 4. The 3-bedroom units feature private balconies, beautiful views overlooking the marina, and Lake Macatawa. Each includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bunk room, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs and private bathrooms, along with a laundry room, living area with a sleeper sofa, and a spacious kitchen with appliances. The 1-bedroom unit also offers marina and Lake Macatawa views, a king-size bed, washer/dryer, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchen with appliances. This unit features an adjoining door and may be rented in combination with a 3-bedroom Unit 2N (VRBO #582068).

Roadside Stateroom Units
We offer one 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit and two 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom roadside units. The 3-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, offering views of Ottawa Beach Road and the surrounding wooded area. It features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunk beds. The unit also includes a full kitchen with appliances, a dining area, a living room, washer, and dryer.
The two 2-bedroom roadside units each sleep up to four guests and feature private balconies, open floor plans, and views of Ottawa Beach Road and the woods beyond. Both bedrooms in these units are furnished with king-size beds, and each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
